JP, the co-owner of Kodiak Sheds, has a rich entrepreneurial history that spans over three decades. His journey began in 1994 when he owned the 19th Hole Golf Shop in Stitsville. It was during this time that he crossed paths with his business partner, Ann Benson. Together, they embarked on a venture, starting Kodiak Snowblowing in 2006, which proudly serves the Stittsville and Kanata communities to this day.
In 2009, JP and Ann recognized a growing need for high-quality, custom storage sheds in the Ottawa area. This realization led to the birth of Kodiak Sheds, a company dedicated to delivering not only top-notch sheds but also exceptional customer service.

Delivery
Prefab Delivery
- Ensure that the delivery area is cleared with a width that is 2 feet wider than the building width and a height clearance of 15 feet within the delivery zone.
- Make sure that the driveway allows for easy maneuvering of the truck and trailer.
- Remove any trees, tree limbs, and vehicles from the driveway, taking into account the above clearance requirements.
- Provide enough space for the truck to drive straight out after the delivery.
- The required distance will vary depending on the length of the building, typically ranging from approximately 50 feet to 150 feet.
- Specify the desired position of the building on the trailer before the delivery.
- For instance, indicate whether the shed doors should be facing forward or backward on the trailer when the shed is coming off.
